Startec Corporate Services is currently seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinatorto work at our Shepard office location (9423 Shepard Road SE. Calgary, Alberta T2C 4R6). In this role, you will support the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the attraction, assessment and onboarding of high-quality talent across the organization.
You will play a pivotal role in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing job postings, maintaining recruitment documentation, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. The ideal candidate is detail-orientated, organized, highly personal, and committed to delivering exceptional candidate experience while staying current with talent acquisition trends and best practices.

TALENT SOURCING & ACQUISITION (Weighting 40%)
Recruitment & Candidate Discovery
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse, qualified talent for all business units.
Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, networking, career fairs, and community partnerships.
Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR) to ensure accurate, up–to-date candidate information.
Create compelling job postings and collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and role requirements.
Maintain a proactive pipeline of high-potential candidates for recurring or critical roles.
