POSITION OVERVIEW:

Startec Refrigeration Service is currently recruiting a Sales Representative (Field) to work out of Calgary, Red Deer or Edmonton. The Sales Representative will have a strong operational or facilities background who has successfully transitioned into a sales-focused role. This hybrid role will support both our Industrial Refrigeration and Compression & Process divisions, focused on delivering tailored solutions to clients in the upstream and midstream Oil & Gas sectors as well as industrial refrigeration operations. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to operators, maintenance leads, and facility managers—understanding their technical needs and translating those into high-value equipment, service, and system solutions. This position requires a confident, field-savvy professional who is equally comfortable on-site with a client as they are collaborating with engineers and technical teams.  The Business Development Representative will be willing to work at a field level and travel as required throughout the Western Canadian region for direct sales relationship building.
